Green Point

Green Point is predominantly a quiet suburb, split by Avoca Drive. The western (waterside) side of Avoca Drive has quiet streets leading down to green, public reserves and dog exercise areas along the waterfront and is predominantly owner-occupied.

The eastern (Erina) side has some newer developments, along with some retirement living villages. Therefore the suburb, despite being geographically small with a relatively small population, has a broad demographic, ranging from multi-million dollar homes to higher density, low-cost living options, The suburb has an Aldi on Avoca Drive and a Coles supermarket and other small shops, including a pharmacy, butcher, multiple doctors, vets, restaurants and cafes.

Erina Fair is 5 minutes from Green Point There are bush-walking and mountain biking trails directly adjacent to the suburb in Kincumba Mountain Reserve and a boat ramp granting access to Brisbane Water off Orana Street.
